A leading National Retirement Living Builder are looking to recruit a Customer Services Co-ordinator to work from their Kettering office.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide a professional Buildings Management service:
To provide an efficient and effective administration and coordination service.
Support and delivery of high levels of business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue standard letters to new home owners where required.
Ensure comments and complaints are accurately recorded on the Qube system
Ensure complaints and work allocated is managed in line with agreed standards and processes.
Ensure appropriate diagnoses of problems are given to Management/Directors where necessary
Arrange for works to be carried out, liaising with the Customer Services Manager or Buildings Manager, as
necessary.
Arrange for action to be taken to remedy all reported defects in line with Service Level Agreement and
standards including timeliness of response.
Liaise with Buildings Manager or Buildings Supervisor on works approved and monitor progress of works
undertaken through to conclusion.
Liaise with External Sub-Contractors, suppliers and other third parties as necessary to support the smooth
running of the Customer Services Department.
Allocate work if Sub-Contractor does not respond to defect work notice within the Company's timescale.
Ensure effective and timely communication with Resident/ Home Owner, House Manager and or Sales staff as necessary, about defects and works being undertaken.
Assist the Customer Services Manager with customer research activities in order to introduce service and product improvements and enhancements as required.
Prepare ad hoc and regular reports for the Customer Services team as required, some of which may include research and collation of information.
Monitor and update all customer service records including NHBC warranty dates.
Arrange payment of invoices for work carried out by suppliers and Sub-Contractors used by the Customer Services Department following confirmation from the Buildings Manager or Supervisor that all work
invoiced has been properly completed.
Maintain diaries; arrange meetings and appointments for Department members as required.

You will have worked as a Customer Services Co-ordinator and ideally, the experience should be in the retirement living apartment or residential construction sector
Education and Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level standard.

Knowledge & Experience
Administration and coordination experience including excellent typing,
Previous experience of successful, positive, customer contact in a similar role is desirable.

Skills & Competencies
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
Able to work closely in line with agreed standards and processes
Good problem solving capability
Strong customer service approach and good relationship management ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate will come from an Application Support background. This is a hands-on technical role, fully involved throughout service transition and into day-to-day delivery. The role acts as a technical point of escalation and guidance for all aspects of the IT applications release & support. Day to day you'll be managing the Application Support Team responsible for all of the company's software applications, you will be responsible for the testing, release and support of e.surv applications and the development of service levels for applications services (both in-house and third party). As most enterprise applications are delivered as software-as-a-service by 3rd parties, the role involves extensive 3rd party supplier management.

You’ll ensure new applications are operationally ready and manage the full life cycle of applications from operational acceptance and through support and retirement. It will be your responsibility to ensure that response to incidents are successful and prompt, as well as maintain an effective second level of support. You'll also be responsible for performance management and the development of the small Application Support Team.

Attention to detail is essential, as is a very good understanding of the application lifecycle development model and experience of working within an ITIL environment. You will ideally have experience managing an IT team, preferably within Application Support, excellent technical knowledge of supporting software applications on Microsoft and ITIL frameworks, strong team and line management experience of managing an IT support team ideally within application support.

The successful applicant will ideally possess a good level of standard education to degree level and have at least 5 years’ experience of working in IT applications area. You will be well organised, flexible, resilient and tenacious. Previous experience will be beneficial, but full training can be given to an applicant demonstrating the right aptitudes and with a willingness to dive into all aspects of the role.

Are you a Health and Safety Manager looking to be responsible for a leading manufacturer site who are suppliers to a number of blue chip clients including Aston Martin, Caterpillar and JCB?

This is an opportunity to progress your career in a rapidly expanding company where you will be the go to person within the department. The company provide specialist training to further your development.

The company are a leading Tier 1 component supplier internationally and due to their increased demand they are looking to expand their team.

The role would suit a Health and Safety Manager looking to progress their career and play a pivotal role in the organisation.

The Role:
· Ensuring site safety
· Hosting H&S meetings
· Playing a key role in the success of the company

The Candidate:
· Previous Health and Safety experience
· NEBOSH in Environmental Management
· General NEBOSH
· Ideally coming from an engineering or manufacturing background but this is not essential

Rawdons & Co Ltd in Corby are currently recruiting for a JUNIOR ARTWORKER / DESIGNER for our client based in Kettering.

This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to work with an enviable client portfolio in order to develop a wide range of printed marketing materials from brochures and catalogues through to packaging and press advertising as well as website design.

Successful candidates will:

Work closely with other members of the Design Team

Liaise directly with clients to refine briefs and finalise artwork

Skills required:

Have a sound working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop

Be efficient, organised and able to work accurately to tight deadlines

Demonstrate the ability to work on more than one project at any given time

Have experience within a similar role or be an ambitious graduate looking for the perfect first role

Please note you will need to complete a test prior to being shortlisted for interview.

The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00.

Salary is £17k to £20K per annum dependant on experience.
