One of our school's in Kirklees are looking for a teaching assistant to work on a full time basis with them, in their EYFS department for an ASAP start. This role is on a long term basis and has arisen due to an increase in pupil numbers. Continuity is very import to this school and they would prefer to have the same person in for the rest of the academic year.

They are happy to look at candidates from all backgrounds, however recent experience of working with children is essential and EYFS experience would be beneficial.

The Personal Injury Claims Advisor / Claims Handler role is purely phone-based.

Our client is looking for individuals who are natural communicators with a warm and friendly manner who can show an amount of empathy.

The Personal Injury Claims Advisor / Claims Handler / Customer Service Advisor role involves:

• Responding to a consistently high volume of incoming enquiries that will be processed over the phone
• Processing those enquiries in accordance with our excellent service standard, values, procedures and guidelines
• Identifying the enquiries that meet their strict criteria and introducing those clients to their specialist panel solicitors
• Building effective relationships with clients by having a natural and genuine yet professional conversation with them
• Building empathy and aligning with clients by asking relevant questions, the appropriate use of language and the avoidance of legal jargon
• Enhancing the customer experience by providing a personal non-scripted and helpful service.
• Tailoring each call to the client’s needs, understanding no two calls are the same and making the process as easy and stress-free as possible
• Learning the relevant knowledge of the law and processes to be able to communicate this to clients in a calm, clear and concise way
• Being able to listen carefully and communicate clearly whilst simultaneously accurately recording information onto the computer system

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 10.00-18.30, Friday 9.45-18.00

Our client manufactures chemical dosing equipment which is sold to the clean and waste water industry. Supplying to all the major water utility companies around the UK, this role will be working 70% out on customer sites and 30% based in the workshop.

The ideal candidate will:
* be electrically biased with some mechanical skills
* have an electrical trade qualification
* have a 17th Edition qualification
* have previous experience of working as a Service Engineer
* be experienced with Control Panels
* be experienced with inverters and PLC's
* be familiar with HMI systems, all equipment our client manufactures has a HMI screen which is used to set up and operate equipment.
* have previous experience working on water sites (preferable)

This role is permanent, it comes with either a company car or van, whichever you prefer, standard hours are 39 per week, 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7am - 2.30pm Friday, however given the nature of this role, hours may differ to suit travel arrangements. All hours over 39 will be paid at time and one half. Some nights out in pre-paid accommodation will be necessary in this role

The Client
My client has over 25 years global experience in the design, construction, upgrading of industrial concrete floors and are regarded as leaders and experts in their field. Their unique range of services and products which have been researched, invented and manufactured in-house at their workshops in the UK, mean that they are able to offer the latest solutions and technologies to clients, helping them to maximise their warehouse floor efficiency.
The Role
Position Information
* The position is Huddersfield based but the candidate must be willing to travel, often at short notice, throughout the UK and overseas to carry out surveying or testing and / or supervise on-site floor construction of short and long term projects up to 6 weeks.
* Opportunity to work in places such as Australia, Dubai, Thailand and China.
* As well as carrying out specialist surveying and testing, the candidate is required to work with contractors and their workforce on flooring projects monitoring the construction process to ensure that construction tolerances and materials quality requirements are met.
* The client has particular expertise of high tolerance and 'Superflat’ floors.
* Surveying, testing and flooring experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.
* Starting salary of £21,389, reviewed after initial training period. A company van will also be provided when the candidate reaches a required level of competency. Pension scheme and 23 days annual leave plus stats.
Main duties will include
* Floor Flatness Surveys using their in-house equipment
* Floor Testing & Report writing to include Level Survey, Slip Resistance testing, Screed Testing and Abrasion Resistance Testing
* Site QA Visits & On-site Supervision
Key skills and requirements
* The candidate will ideally hold qualifications in Building or Civil Engineering at HNC, HND or degree level (or similar)
* The candidate must be computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Excel
* It is also desirable but not essential for the candidate to be competent in the use of AutoCAD
* Full Driving License is essential
* The candidate should hold a full UK Passport
* Good communication skills and team spirit approach
* CSCS card is desirable but not essential
* Willing to travel and stay away when necessary
