URGENT --- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!!
With public risk rising from low to moderate the local authorities are launching a new 24/7 helpline to assist with inbound calls regarding the coronavirus to help with advice and assistance when dealing with the Coronavirus outbreak.
Your main responsibility in this role will be to take inbound calls from the general public, who need advice and the best course of action for themselves, family or friends, should they believe they could have symptoms of the recent outbreak of coronavirus.
This is a telephone based role, you will need to have clear English speaking voice as well as a reassuring manner that can deal with the public that are worried and concerned.
This is a temporary role due to the nature of the issue.
* Start date: Immediate
* 37.5 hours per week.
* Temporary contract
* Fluent English speaker
* Salary:
1. Day shift - £10 per hour
2. Night shift - £15 per hour
