PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To provide leadership in the salon by creating a great place to work, whilst ensuring that all performance measures are exceeded.

Provide exceptional service to our customers, whilst ensuring that the business requirements are managed in an efficient way. Manage the matchmaker process as well as administration of ABC, 123 and 1:1 processes.

JOB OUTLINE

· To lead and effectively manage the team within the salon

· Ensure that the business targets for the salon are achieved and relevant action is taken to address any shortfall

· To identify and initiate actions which will improve salon effectiveness and customer service

· Lead the ABC, 123 and 1:1 processes and provide specialist support on the subjects to salon teams and peers

· Ensure all colleagues are trained to the Rush standards and manage any underperformance within the team

· Act as a Maître de and host to customers, providing exceptional service to our customers

· Support the salon sales performing through trading activity - rebooking, retail and upselling

· Provide consultation and specialist support

· Manage the salon takings and petty cash

· Manage and deliver cleaning and quality control

· Provide hairdressing services to our customers when required

CRITERA

· A great leader/ motivator/ confident speaker

· At least 2 years experience of leading small to medium sized teams

· Happy, smart & energetic approach

Skills / Qualities

· L&D expert (CIPD Qualified).

· Strong experience of designing learning interventions and a proven track record of delivering results is essential.

· Experience with e-learning is hugely desirable. The ability to create video content, podcasts is a big bonus!

· An agile approach. We need someone who can see the end goal and deliver what’s required, whilst making improvements as we go. Keep up the pace without compromising on quality.

· A curious thinker, problem solver with a creative edge!

· The ability to build strong relationships, listen and understand what makes people tick.

· Forward thinking, pushing boundaries, new ideas are positively encouraged.

-Experience of delivering training programme / plans in a site/ office-based environment. Experience in construction related organisation desirable.

As a Mobile Engineer you will be given your own vehicle and a fuel card, this is included in the package of a basic salary of £38,000 with bundles of overtime available.

About the role -
Since the role is a mobile position you will be working as a one-man team, there may be the odd occasion where you could be on a job with another engineer though. You will be servicing HVAC plant on a range of contracts covering retail stores, commercial offices & industrial offices.

This position is to cover the M25 around Essex, Kent & Surrey.

You will be responsible for PPM & Reactive Maintenance on the following: Boilers, Pumps, Bearings, Valves, Motors, Seals, BMS, Lighting, AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, VRF's, Pressurisation Units, Generators, L8, Cooling Towers, and Asbestos etc.

What you need for the role -
Qualified in Air Conditioning - City & Guilds levels 1&2 or NVQ Level 3.
Trade trained with at least 3 years' experience in the building services trade.
Well presented.
