Job Description: Here at, United Utilities Trust Fund we receive around £4 million per annum and we use the funds to pay historic water debt and provide white goods, beds and other emergency items to individuals and we are now seeking a Trustee Volunteer to contribute ideas into the good use of funds.

As a Trustee Volunteer, you will:

* Attend four half-day formal meetings per year in Liverpool or Manchester plus other ad-hoc meetings and visits to funded organisations.

United Utilities Trust Fund is interested in speaking to anyone who has the following skills and experience:

* Experience of helping people in vulnerable circumstances, the marginalised in society, those struggling with financial sustainability and familiar with the issues of deprivation in the North West.

This important work is ongoing through the generosity of United Utilities who donate to the Trust each year, removing the need for trustees to spend time on fundraising. The Trust There is a fund to assist with bankruptcy fees. We also run a grants programme to fund organisations who provide face to face debt and welfare advice in the local community. United Utilities Trust Fund is an independent grant-making trust.

The role:

Working with the UK's BEST Engineering Companies; the exciting role of HGV Commercial Vehicle Technician has become available on a permanent position. The role is working either Monday - Friday, Earlies/Days/Lates or Night shift (includes shift allowances) and will involve you being based in the depot workshop.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You will either have experience working on HGV vehicles and/or the qualifications to do so. Not essential but ideally you will have a Class 1 driving license as well as experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles.

Main responsibilities will include:

* Accurately processing payroll for 300+ weekly staff and 100+ monthly staff.

* Multi-site management experience

* Statutory year end reporting and HMRC submissions (e.g. p60s, P45s P11Ds, P46s)

* Provide regular and ad-hoc data and reporting information to support the business and wider HR team, including submission of reports to Finance

* Handle payroll queries and provide appropriate payroll advice and support to employees on key issues.

* Implement, maintain and improve payroll policies and procedures to ensure they remain efficient, accurate and compliant with relevant legislation.

Prioritize and manage our products to ensure our customers receive best in class customer service
*
Review supply position and work with supply teams; BEP, Supply Planning and Co-packing to address exceptions
*
Obtain prioritization from key market stakeholders when exception can’t be resolved by reviewed supply position
*
Feedback to the Customer Service team the market’s decisions for execution in SAP
*
Work with our Distribution partners to create, influence and execute solutions for network capacity
* Contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence.
