Duties will include:

Key holding
Sweeping, hoovering, mopping, wiping down surfaces, cleaning toilets
Disposal of clinical / non clinical waste and sharps
Cleaning wash-rooms
Emptying of all clinical and general waste and removing to designated areas The ideal Candidate will have experience in cleaning clinical rooms.

- Anticipate, monitor and manage risks – advance where necessary

- SIA Door Supervisor Qualification and Badge

WORKING PATTERN

In addition to this, you will need to be available for out of hours ‘On Call’ as needed in order to respond to any incidents.

ALLOWANCES
On Call allowance and Unsociable Hours Payments (UHP) will be payable where applicable and in line with HMRC guidance.

What you will do:

· Develop and implement communications strategies to support the LPS strategy, including the full communications lifecycle from design through delivery to evaluation.

· Work in partnership with our client team to develop joint communications plans to support client communications, marketing campaigns and brand awareness and advocacy.

· Manage key stakeholder relationships.

· Provide communications advice and coaching to the business on communications activities

· Develop and ensure that our internal brand is viewed positively and is recognisable.

· Manage local communications and delivery of our Capita Heroes awards program.

· Work with the existing communication team to develop and manage communication channels to drive effective two-way communications and engagement, such as our staff newsletters, intranet, briefings and roadshows

· Work with the existing communication team to deliver internal events; conferences, roadshows, recognition and celebratory events

· Work with the LPS leadership team to produce and manage the distribution of communication updates to LPS clients

· Work alongside Capita's press team and service leads to prepare press releases and press statements relating to LPS services

· Work in collaboration with the LPS Marketing Manager for awareness and to manage external good news stories, press releases, award submissions and to coordinate the distribution of key external announcements via external communication and marketing channels.

· Support the delivery of Capita Group transformation initiatives and projects, tailoring accordingly for our colleagues

· Develop and manage local communications budget

· Lead, develop and motivate a small team

Your skills and experience will include:

· Experience of developing and managing internal communications and engagement in complex, matrix managed businesses

· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels in the business.

· Great writing skills and able to write for a variety of media/ channels.

· Experience of comm's strategy & planning

· Ability to be the guardian for our 'tone of voice'

· Broad understanding of current and future communications and engagement tools and techniques.

· High level of commercial focus and business acumen.

· Experience of establishing and managing communication channels.

· Highly customer focused with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a changing and dynamic environment.
