Key duties include:

- Ensuring that tools are set and run to meet the daily requirements of the component orders.
- Making sure the correct products are manufactured to meet stock requirements & customer orders.
- Ensuring tools are set to maintain maximum productivity, production performance & safety and that the correct material and master batch is used to produce the parts fully in line with the briefing.

You will follow all procedures defined on the work sheets such as carrying out daily machine maintenance, recording machine settings correctly, inspecting the first off and last off plastic parts and ensuring the first off part is attached to the setting sheet, monitoring production & productivity, troubleshooting lines and products.

The key skills required include a strong background in injection moulding processes, machine operation, material processing, machine maintenance and polymer plastic material processes.

Standard working hours are 7:30 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 7:30 - 15:30 Friday

All operatives will need JIB gold card and IPAF

For this role, you will be taken on the cards and paid as a PAYE employee. Attractive packages are in place with all JIB terms and conditions applying and benefits as follows:
JIB rates plus £1 per hour uplift, 1.5 rate after 37.5 hours and weekly bonuses available for attendance and site quality checks.

Role and Responsibilities

Working as part of a design team delivering detailed design
Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams

Working as the Infrastructure and Application Specialist you will deliver application packaging, operating system imaging and all capabilities by the Microsoft SCCM application along with providing technical support both internally and to external customers.

A snapshot of what you will be doing:

* Carry out maintenance of the SCCM system for each customer to ensure quality and performance from the system

* Provide business reports and analysis, as required, to customers demonstrating the status of the environment.

* Assist the application leads to translate ESP / Customer requirements into application deliverables, so that proper design, implementation and customisations are delivered, which meet business needs and desired outputs.

* Conduct Maintenance and modification of the SCCM servers and base office servers, application packages and their deployment, patch deployment process/ environment and operating system deployment tasks

* Respond to and resolve all customer support calls passed across from the Global Service Desk, ensuring that customer SLAs are achieved

* Maintain a high level of communication at all times with both colleagues and senior members of staff and provide timely updates to the Global Service Desk so that progress against each individual incident can be updated as required

* Complete routine customer visits to check IT Infrastructure and maintain customer documentation

* Provide out of hours support for Critical Business services as part of an on-call rota

* Operate and maintain all ESP user equipment, including printers, scanners, PCs, internal wallboards, backups etc providing recommendations for enhancement

* Undertake all system rebuilds, imaging and new hardware loads for customers.

* Maintain the Asset and Configuration Management register within the Service Management System and audit the assets with assigned area of responsibility

What are we looking for?

* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role supporting IT Infrastructure functions.

* Understanding of technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, Azure and Office 365

* CompTIA A+ and Network Certifications

* Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

* Minimum 2 years direct experience with SCCM, Application packaging and deployment of OS builds.

* Excellent Verbal and Written communication

* Strong relationship management skills including ability to influence stakeholders

The IT business analyst will analyse the hardware, software, and IT services requirement for the upcoming initiatives that are being employed in the company.
