As a Category Management Supplier Negotiation Coach, your key challenge will be to deliver added value to each of the teams you support via the strong relationships you build and the motivational and creative skills you employ. Key Responsibilities

Leads the thinking through coaching and stretching the ambition of trading teams to develop profitable customer led recommendations and the related supplier negotiation for all category suppliers, in order to maximise value for the business.
Ensures rigour and quality of customer and financial inputs into the process and leads/coaches the trading teams to draw out insights to determine opportunities and trade-offs, whilst ensuring the customer offer is not compromised and remains customer led.
Opportunity to input to the ongoing development of supplier negotiation planning best practice and process integration with other key supplier processes to embed enhanced best practice and improve supplier negotiation capability within the Commercial function

The ability to coach in a dynamic commercial environment to empower, motivate and inspire the delivery of world class category management objectives and the related supplier negotiation plans through others, because you understand the category customers, market and suppliers and the challenges that the customer is facing into
You will have a proven track record in a commercially-focused role e.g Buyer / Category Manager (minimum 3 years ) along with negotiation experience with cross category suppliers, ideally in retail and FMCG businesses.
The ability to inspire, coach and engage others. You will also be a first-class relationship manager and project manager with great, all-round communication and influencing skills, which when combined with your strong analytical and numerate skills you have the ability to create a narrative from analysis and insights, with a high degree of customer focus.This role is a 9 month fixed term contract. You won't have the guarantee of a permanent role at the end of it however the company will always look to keep great people and this is your way in to the big name retailer. This will be a great way to build your credibility and network for future roles with them internally or to go on to better things.

The candidate would benefit from experience working on contracts in finance or corporate services. This Contract will be for a maximum of 6 months although this could be shorter.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering fair customer outcomes and industry standard customer service through the whole customer journey from first contact to redemption. Rigorous management of third-party vendors and IT providers is critical to the role. The individual is responsible for ensuring delivery of KPIs, behaviours and an industry standard customer experience. Person required:

*Experience working with contracts, commercial, sales, procurement, or legal agreements with working knowledge of contracts and standard contracting terms for supply of goods and services.

*Experience managing vendors and suppliers with strong working knowledge of tools and processes such as Cost Management, Finance/Budget management and Sourcing.

*High level of competency of the Microsoft suite of tools (in particular excel).

*Strong organisational and analytical skills with an ability to identify and help deliver process improvements.

We need several staff for our busy client based in the Ilkley Aeea area, our client is a major high street retailer and urgently requires retail warehouse operatives to move their stock, merchandise, manually sort their deliveries to the store/stockroom and retail areas. Training will be given. If you have your own transport then that would be very advantageous as the location is in a remote area
As a Retail Warehouse operative you must:

* Be flexible to work as many hours as possible as listed below
* The role maybe physically demanding and may involve some lifting/stairs at times
* Own safety boots or comfortable and sensible clothing recommended

* Weekends Hours are 8am to 6pm
* Mid week Hours are between 6.30am to 9.30pm - for example
* shift 1 6.30am-2.30pm or shift 2 1.30pm-9.30pm
* Mon to Fri / Weekends
* Overtime is unlimited
