Our well established client based in near Retford is a renewable energy company who is the UK's largest independent supplier of heat pumps. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis.

The hours of work will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday (these hours are to be confirmed), there is no weekend working or unsociable hours involved.

About the role:

Position: Commercial Account Handler
Location: Cooke & Mason - Retford, Nottinghamshire
Job type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

About the role:

To Assist the Account Executives with the retention of the existing customers by continual development of relationships and delivery of customer service standards.

You will be responsible for the renewal and new business procedures to be followed as per standard operating procedures, dealing with quotes, account procedures and queries.

About you:

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role within the insurance industry with an understanding of a breadth of Commercial Insurances

You must be computer literate.

An understanding of Contractors Combined insurance and the related policies would be desirable although training can be provided.

It would be desirable if you have a CII or working towards this.

Job Description: My Client is a world leader in manufacturing of sustainable polymer products that support, seal & protect critical applications, in demanding environments.

I am looking to engage a New Product Development Lead who will work in a technical capacity with other NPD & NPI Team Members.

What do you need to succeed in your application for NPD Lead?

University Degree or equivalent preferably in engineering or manufacturing
Previous experience in an appropriate manufacturing / engineering environment essential.
Knowledge & demonstrable experience of Polymer and elastomer technology - materials and equipment Materials development
Experience of product development in Microsoft office
Delivery of excellent customer satisfaction by continuously meeting and exceeding expectations
Understanding of customer needs and develop interventions to fulfil requirements
Well-developed analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills Extremely pro-active & results driven
Have a good understanding of MRP systems

What will your day look like?

You will drive new product development in alignment with agreed Strategy Plan.
Help foster innovation of the product & working of the Team
Mentor the Technical Team Members with respect to NPD and NPI.
You will be responsible for the specification, development and implementation of new material technologies to support the business with emphasis on CASE products.
As a member of the Technical Team you will share technologies, ideas and best practice to continuously improve the technical performance of the site & all associated products.
Applying materials expertise [especially polymer] to assigned projects with dedicated knowledge streams.

Delivery of technical communications with customers/suppliers in support of business development or sales activity

Consistently developing new polymer-based products and continuous improvement of existing products and processes to support the growth of the business offering.

Ensuring adherence to company policies and business regulations
Designing, organising and executing material development and qualification programmes in customer specific applications
Collecting, recording, collating, maintaining and analysing of material properties, derived from experimental data
Developing new materials, formulations or processes to suit new applications
Working with suppliers, customers and technology partners to achieve the above
Technical troubleshooting and problem solving in your area of expertise
Delivering high quality technical contributions through effective communication
Ensuring compliance to all company policies and procedures within your jurisdiction
Project Management where appropriate
Carrying out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to timeAdditional requirements: flexibility is required & travel to other sites on a regular basis as covering multiple sites.
