As the German Speaking Business Development Executive you will be responsible for:
• Provide sales operations support for the sales team, travel partners and prospects both on the telephone and via email
• Respond to customer and prospect queries and contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships
• Developing promotional campaigns
• Promote company by ensuring travel partners are fully trained on the brand
• Provide customized marketing collateral and communications
• Make daily outbound sales activities to assigned accounts and continually source for new revenue opportunities
• Manage stock of collaterals and brochure requests
• Assist with proofing Travel Partners advertisements, flyers and e-news.
• Assist Travel Agents with any issues/problem solving and reporting to the web team
• Work with BDE team to capture all new agents on brochure/email distribution lists
• Co-ordinate and participate in overseas ship visits
• Attendance at events may be required at times
• Using salesforce as the key CRM system to manage day to day activities and updating records
The successful candidate for the German Speaking Business Development Executive will have:
• Outstanding spoken and written skills in English and German
• An understanding of the travel industry
• Worked in a Sales and Marketing environment, preferably
• Availability to travel throughout the Europe occasionally, overnight stays and weekend work may be required
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or telesales sales capacity
• Good phone etiquette and excellent phone presence to maximize inside sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office to include intermediate level skills with Outlook and Word; intermediate level knowledge of PowerPoint for familiarity with marketing templates
• A background in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans
In return, the German Speaking Business Development Executive will receive a salary of up to £28,000 DOE, Free Car Parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension and Private Medical.

About Us

Search Consultancy Ltd are working in partnership with a global powerhouse to provide a "Trailblazer" Training Scheme in Dual Fuel Metering. These roles are fully funded and there is no age restrictions on who can apply. Just over 12 months from when you started training you have a final assessment and once signed off you will officially receive your certificate in Dual Fuel Metering

Your Journey

Your Training is fully funded by us and accommodation is provided where required. You will also be paid whilst on training as per below

First 19 Weeks - £17,500 (pro rata)
Remaining 40 weeks - £19,000 (pro rata)

Once your initial training period of just over 12 months is complete and you are fully qualified you will be paid a salary of £31,000+

You Must

* Hold a minimum 1 years driving experience
* Have no more than 6 points on your licence
* Be willing to cover emergency call out
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Be manually dexterous
* Be capable of lifting & manual handling
* Be able to work in confined spaces
* Be able to pass a colour blindness test
* Be able to travel to our Training centre in Wakefield for 11 of the first 19 weeks before you are provided with a work vehicle
* Have no holidays booked for the first 19 weeks

We will send you to Britain’s prestigious Harley Street for elite and medical skin health training and send you to the CoolSculpting university in Barcelona, as well as training in the Soprano Ice Platinum laser. In addition to this, they will offer you flexible hours with a warm and friendly team that offer support, empathy and team spirit. You will be fully supported in your new role from day one with a continuing professional development planner and monthly reviews to ensure you are advancing through your new vocation.

They are based in Southampton where they have various treatment rooms and an IV lounge. Responsibilities and Duties Core responsibilities of this role include: • Dermaplaning • Laser therapy inclusive of diodes, IPL, ablative fractional resurfacing, acoustic wave and erbium glass ER • Hydrafacial • Chemical peels • Dermatology skin care You will need to be able to manage your own patient load within the clinic and accordingly treat independently as clinically presented. Patients who cross between services in the clinic will need to be managed by you, and rebooking patients back in for further treatments and/or follow ups. You must have a fair understanding of managing an online diary as my client uses a patient software specifically encrypted for record management. You must be a team player and input effort with housekeeping and stock keeping, reporting to management when you are low on consumables or products. Managing expectations and having professional decorum with patients, in particular to patients who are vulnerable.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: • arriving in enough time in order to set up your room with the appropriate equipment such as lasers • Assessing who is booked in for treatment with you and reading over their patient notes so you can a history of treatments and advise accordingly • Carrying out treatments and writing notes/reports on computer • Tidying own room and ensuring room is cleaned appropriately in between patients, cleaning laser tips etc after each use • Stock report on products and consumables at the end of every working day • Reporting to clinic manager of any complications/queries • Clinic clean up at the end of the day in communal areas as well as own room Aesthetic Therapists are pivotal to the dynamics of a cosmetic clinic as it is that role that introduces patients to a wealth of treatments available in the clinic. Some of the treatments are also considered ‘soft’, so patients who are new to aesthetics and/or the clinic will welcome ‘soft’ treatments and emotional support from therapists who generally have longer and more relaxed treatments, as opposed to the medical staff. Aesthetic Therapists are very highly valued in the cosmetic industry. Qualifications and Skills The ideal Aesthetic Therapist will have clinic experience with the use of lasers (non-brand specific) however, if the candidate does not have this, then a good understanding of the underpinning principles of how lasers work would be acceptable. An NVQ3/4 in beauty is essential for this role and is the minimum we would be able to accept for the use of lasers. Experience with skin health products is preferred but not essential, a foundation of knowledge in skin health and the relevant products is acceptable. Experience with dealing with the public and own clients/patients is a must, knowing how to professionally talk to patients and integrate within a medical team, knowing when to report to senior staff and taking responsibility for own actions and own patients

Role: Consultant / Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer, Southampton
Salary: £20,000 - £35,000
Core Role: Interpretive Reporting (Geotechnical/Environmental), Project Management

Required:
* 2-6 years Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical Consultancy Experience (UK)
* BSc or equivalent in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or related
* Extensive experience writing Geo-Environmental Interpretive (DQRA) or Geotechnical Interpretive Reports (Foundations)
* Project Management (Including Financial)!

This is an opportunity to work for a multi-disciplinary international consultancy which offers a great chance to work with a variety of clients on complex projects, on multiple sites. They are now looking for somebody who is an excellent report writer and project manager. As such you would be spending approximately 70% of your time in the office, allowing you to have a better work life balance!
