We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Coordinator to be based at our London office.

To be the ‘point of contact’ for EMCOR Facilities Services on a high profile Contract by receiving calls via the EMCOR Helpdesk and to provide administrative support to the wider operational and non-operational areas of the business.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Provide a first line contact for internal and external customers/contractors.

* To manage client platform to ensure the clients fault log is dealt with effectively taking ownership of jobs that you have logged.

* Life safe systems and statutory inspections completed as per the legal compliance and SLA/KPI required times

* When an engineer is scheduled to a job ensure the attendance info is communicated to the customer and engineer.

* Ensure that job packs within your area are complete and ready for billing. Job packs must include PO/ Quote/ CVI/SMR/ email communications.

* Changing status on open jobs, chasing subcontractor for both delivery dates for parts and service completion sheets and updating customers as required.

* Process and job on the in house finance system (JDE) to enable invoicing

* Liaising with Clients to escalate out of line incidents.

* Ensuring EMCOR meet the contractual KPI’s and SLA’s.

* Raise Purchase Orders as and when required.

* Administer PPM’s and Reactive control to Service Engineers through in House System and are carried out within one month of the allocated date

* Monitor EMCOR email system and respond accordingly to queries and client requests.

* Coordinate faults, schedule to engineers, communicate with customers.

* Review all paperwork received from engineers and raise follow on or new jobs for any sheets for further action.

The Client is looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Street Lighting specialist to contribute and deliver lighting designs, management and maintenance of public realm related illuminated infrastructure and co-ordinate officer and contractor services for efficient and effective asset management.

To actively deliver lighting schemes and project management for the services of the borough wide lighting assets in accordance with best practice with a strategic approach that identifies the optimal allocation of resources for the management, operation, preservation and enhancement of public realm infrastructure

To provide and deliver technical knowledge and expertise for the council and its partners in relation to public realm external lighting and projects works.

To provide and manage design, build and maintenance services and operations for public realm illuminated infrastructure in the public realm.

To supervise term contract and contractors in accordance with applicable contract law, appropriate regulations and local terms, conditions and specifications.

To manage, maintain and deliver services in accordance with the Health and Safety at Works acts 1974 and all corporate policies.

Deliver a highly professional service through on-going technical expertise and knowledge relating to design and technical standards.

To manage and monitor revenue and capital budgets in relation to ongoing contract performance and project delivery. Including recommending remedial action to ensure the service and projects meet financial targets and budgets

To monitor and deliver effective project management for projects, programmes and term contracts, contributing with the knowledge and understanding of project management techniques and methodologies necessary for the efficient and effective implementation.

To represent the Council at meetings with other Local Authorities, London wide strategic bodies and similar organisations, in respect of the development and promotion of specific Council and Public Realm policies. Developing and maintaining partnerships and external relationships in order to promote and develop the Councils’ public realm infrastructure strategies, including the management of resulting specific programmes.

To actively contribute to managing and delivering the Councils Corporate standards, systems and aspirations in relation to customer care, equal opportunities, environmental management, health and safety and information technology.

Assist in the development and promotion of electronic information systems within the team and with other services or outside bodies where appropriate ensuring best use of technology available.

To organise surveys, site inspections and data capture exercises of various kinds, to evaluate, monitor and track asset and stock condition. Prepare and provide technical advice and guidance on the findings

A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a tree care work environment and including experience of climbing.

*To operate and carry out minor maintenance of specialist equipment to include chippers, stump grinders and saws.
*To drive non-HGV vehicles with trailed equipment as required and where suitably licensed and undertake daily checks on the vehicle and report any problems.
Essential criteria
*A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a tree care work environment and including experience of climbing.
*Ability to carry out a wide range of tree care and climbing duties using appropriate tools, materials, plant and equipment.
*Ability to work on own or as part of a team and work without close and frequent supervision.
*Appropriate chain saw certificate
*Full, clean driving licence.

The School - PRU ICT Teacher
Found in the London Borough of Southwark, this Pupil Referral Unit caters for students aged between 11-16 years that have behavioural difficulties and some show signs of SEMH. Class sizes are of around 8-10 students, you will be supported in class by at least one Learning Support Assistant. Early last year this PRU received a 'Good' Ofsted report and has shown continuous improvement so far this academic year.

Family Intervention Project Key Workers

Specific requirements for the post / Key skills and qualifications

- A responsive, flexible outreach service to children, young people and their families living in the borough of Southwark.

- To be a lead worker for either adults or children for a number of cases involving children/young people in need or at risk/involved in offending/anti-social behaviours and their families and develop and deliver effective programmes to support resilience within families.

- Work with the family within Team around the Family (TAF) to contribute to planning and providing a range of services to children/young people and their families.

- Conducting assessments for the provision of services for parenting interventions for parents/carers of those young people involved or at risk of involvement in crime. This will include the provision of written reports to the Court and giving oral evidence as appropriate to the circumstances.

- Assist in the development of assessment criteria for use by the Youth Offending Service Officers when assessing parents/carers suitability for Parenting Orders and to undertake assessments
