The Role - Head of Operations
The Head of Operations leads our Asset Management & Housing teams. They are responsible for the day to day delivery of our responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance, statutory compliance, tenancy management, estate management, facilities management, arrears recovery, allocations, lettings, tenant involvement and social & economic regeneration services. As our Head of Operations, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of asset and housing management within the organisation.

* Working with the Operations Director; implement the elements of our corporate plan that relate to asset management, housing services and the continuous improvement of our asset & housing management functions

Educational Achievements, Qualifications and Training required:
* Recognised housing qualification or;

* Track record at senior level, gained from working in a growing and dynamic housing association.
* A proven track record of managing a range of stakeholder relationships, establishing consensus and shared goals
* Able to show a good grasp of the compliance, regulatory and funding framework for registered providers.
* Strong negotiating and influencing expertise, able to work intuitively and liaise effectively with a wide range of audiences.
* Strong financial reasoning; able to assess risk and promote risk awareness without being risk averse.
* IT literate, comfortable with using MS Office including Word, Excel etc.
* Must have a driving license and access to your own car.

They are in urgent need of a professional and proactive CRM Manager to join our busy team and support both email and social CRM activity. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with experience in the creation of content for email, making changes to email templates, reporting on campaign activity and diving into data. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible, paying salary range of £29,000 - £34,000 dependent on experience, skills etc. 37 hours over 5 days per week.

Duties include:

Supporting the delivery of CRM acquisition and retention strategies, predominantly through the medium of email marketing
Manage social media for the sub-brands
Work autonomously managing the customer database and working with data to create and execute targeted email campaigns
You will work with other members of the marketing team to develop content, ensuring it's relevant, engaging, seasonal, and supports above-the-line activities
Responsible for data segmentation, ensuring the right messaging is delivered to the right customer segments at the right time.
Working with IT and external agencies to manage their database
Thorough reporting and A/B testingWhile this role is predominantly based in London, occasional travel to our Colchester office will be required.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required:

You will have at least 2-3 years' experience in email and CRM marketing
Experience of end to end briefing, development, deployment, analysis and reporting of CRM campaigns
You will have experience in creative and copy writing, campaign management, and exposure to ESPs and campaign platforms
You will be commercially focused, and familiar with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics
