The Head of SEO Role:

To be considered for this Head of SEO opportunity, the successful applicant will need to have a proven track record in SEO. You will be creating and nurturing relationships with clients, writing and presenting bespoke strategies for them and identifying opportunities (on and off-site) to improve performance in organic search results.

Lift Engineer to; service, repair a wide range of lift manufacturers in the central London area.

Service visits with minimum callbacks - checks on gears, motors, overload detection devices, brakes, doors locks.

Minor repairs or isolating problems until further service can be carried out.

Follow lift manuals/diagrams accurately when necessary.

Adhere to quality assurance; health and safety and environmental standards

Advise the Service Manager of daily activities & advice on technical issues, outstanding works.

Lift service & repairs for passenger lifts, goods lifts on both electrical traction & hydraulic lifting equipment.

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) - scheduled routine inspections on electrical equipment, gears, hydraulics, drive systems, motors, overload detection devices, brakes, doors and locks.

Emergency call-out - repairs or isolating problems


NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3 years of experience

Ability to follow lift manuals diagrams accurately reading electrical diagrams

Be familiar with the requirements of the SUDS surface water management and develop schemes based on the SUDS hierarchy

The Role of a Business Analyst
Your role as a Business Analyst is to understand and analyse both user and business needs. You will ensure the outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models, delivering to the business architecture.

You will challenge constructively and act as a critical friend to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose. You will facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet the user needs.

Essential & Desirable Criteria:

Technical Competency requirements:
**Proven work experience as a Business Analyst within a programme or operational environment and involving significant UK public procurements
*Experience in developing Business and Technical requirements, including, as necessary, hardware, software, scalability and security requirements, to support successful procurements
*Experience of working with Government Procurement Frameworks and procedures and commercial teams, but the role does not require a commercial skill-set
*Strong stakeholder skills, including working with Business, Commercial and Technical Teams
*Some experience of working in a networks and infrastructure environment would be desirable.
*Travel required, including to the NW (Manchester and Liverpool) and Central London.
