They will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.

They will develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and their own experience and manage its delivery.

They will identify the key benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain the following:-

Define the product strategy and roadmap

Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases

Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval

Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it

Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents

Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships

Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.

Develop core positioning and messaging for the product

Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients (if B2B)

Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives

Set pricing & profit forecasting

Monitor, report and improve product performance

Brief analysts and the press

Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans

Channel management and support

Commission market and competitor research

The Senior Network Engineer will work closely with the Network Manager to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organisation.

Assist the senior chefs in the day to day management of the operation of the kitchen including food preparation and quality to ensure hotel quality standards are controlled.

Help to ensure staff are motivated to deliver consistently high levels of guest service.
To check mis en place is ready and to the required standard for service, using checklists and section books.
To ensure you are working to recipe specifications at all times and to ensure junior chefs are working to recipe specifications. Taste and check food quality produced by junior chefs at key stages prior to food being served

Are you an experienced FLT Driver seeking a new role?

We are currently recruiting for a number of established companies in Telford who are seeking hardworking and independent FLT Drivers.

The Job Role:

* Working in a fast paced environment (logistic, yard and food)

* Orderly and efficient management of the warehouse

* FLT driving and storing pallets on to racking systems

* Loading and unloading HGVs within the yard

* Picking & dispatching orders within a tight timescale

Experience / Requirements:

* You MUST have experience on a Reach, Counterbalance and Bendi truck

* Holding a valid Flexi Licence is advantageous

* You will be highly organised, be able to multi-task and be happy working in a busy and at times challenging environment

* FLT licences taken within the last 3 years

* Flexible to shifts

Quality Inspector

Extra Personnel are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector position based in Stafford Park, Telford.

Our client offers positive, friendly and very clean working conditions.

As Part of the Quality Inspector role you must have proven experience inspecting goods.

Details:

Rate of Pay for Quality Inspector: £9.52/h
Working Hours: Rotational weekly shifts (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)
Immediate start for right candidate.
Long term, ongoing positionRole of a Quality Inspector:

Following instructions (high level of concentration).
Visual checking of electrical components and electrical units.
Visual checking of wiring (a keen eye for detail is a must)
Reporting of any defects (scratches, faulty equipment etc.)
Update paperwork and computer system accurately
A good eye and attention to detail is important
Basic computer skills are required as you will need to use Excel and various other Microsoft packagesBenefits:
