Job Description: We are seeking a maintenance operative to work on a full time, permanent basis for a luxury student accommodation provider based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a proactive and friendly team that offers a variation of duties each day. To ensure the security of the properties, including fitting new locks and fixing/adjusting doors and windows.
To make safe any broken glazing
Carry out Portable Appliance Testing

To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate a competent background as a field service engineer or biomedical scientist with extensive experience working with immunoassy and clinical chemistry pathology lab analysers, including autoimmune diagnostics, immunology, biochemistry, haematology, histology, microbiology and immunodiagnostics systems. You should have superb customer facing skills and be keen to deliver excellence in customer service on a daily basis. A qualification in engineering, electronics or a science based subject is also essential, to a minimum of ONC level.

As OM Analyst, you will provide a key interface between the Company and our key External Customers, being a member of a multi-skilled team responsible for resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales. They are a key influence in Customer's Satisfaction of company service.

OM Analysts have total accountability their key results and have an active role in helping deliver some results owned by other organisations. OM Analysts also help ensure successful delivery of new initiatives, large promotions and logistical projects.

Specific skills required:

Proficient in SAP
Strong Microsoft Office skills, Outlook and Excel
