In this full time permanent position, you will be based on a customer warehouse site in Waltham Abbey. You will be responsible for achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages of stock, before they leave the warehouse, to ensure they meet the delivery requests and no errors have been made.
Alongside managing the stock accuracy, you’ll also be required to monitor stock loaded into trailers against drivers’ paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
You’ll work in collaboration with the onsite customer teams and managers to meet the goal of getting the shops shelves stocked.
What do I need to be a Warehouse Stock Checker?
* Delivery Checker’s will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator.
* Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
* The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Job Specifics
* Full Time Permanent salaried position – 37.5 Hours each week, working weekly rotating 8 hour shifts on any 5 days out of 7.
* Shifts between 12noon and 6am
* All work will require prolonged periods of standing and all employees will be required to kneel, bend and squat in order to access and work with low and ground level stock.
* Manual Handling activities such as, but not limited to; pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required during this role

We are currently looking for an experienced Vending Machine Engineer to join our client based in the Waltham Abbey area.

This role is a permanent role for someone whom has experience working with reversed vending machines; coffee machines, photo machines, food and soft drink vending machines and games machines.

Your main duties will include maintaining the machines, undertaking minor or major repairs. You will need to hold a base knowledge of the operations to a vending machine.

Your starting salary will be £28,000 per annum and after completion of a 6 - month probation period, this will rise to £28,500 per annum.

You must be a full UK driving license holder as you will be supplied a company vehicle to attend sites and maintain the machines.

Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Manager to join our newly formed Development department which is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of each site from land bid, through to achieving a planning permission and delivery of the project.

The role will deliver an overarching development strategy for each project and have overall day-to-day responsibility and be the main point of contact for Clients throughout the project. You will be expected to coordinate the skills and resources of each function within Telford Homes, together with appointing and managing external consultants ensuring each development is optimised, coordinated and meets the overall strategy, legal, planning and client requirements.

Duties include:

Land Purchase/Project Start

* Ensure a comprehensive handover is provided by the Land Team following a successful land bid.

* Liaise with the Land, Investment, Planning & Pre-construction teams to put together development strategy for each project.

* Agree and submit the Development Strategy to the Build To Rent Development Director in order to obtain formal Senior Management and Board Sign-off.

* Agree the project financing programme and requirements with the Capital Markets Director to ensure the Funder(s) legal documentation is set up correctly.

Site Funding Agreements

* Support the Pre-Contract Development Director, providing input into the legal documentation (land assembly, construction, development management agreements and Joint Venture (JV) agreements) with land vendors and the affordable housing partner.

* Lead negotiations with the Funding Partner and work with Telford Homes’ in-house Legal Department, the Capital Markets Director and liaise with internal departments as necessary

* Meticulously undertake due diligence, compile accurate information and obtain internal sign-off prior to conclusion of Heads of Terms and the final legal contracts.

* Coordinate internal information in order to prepare the supporting documentation to the legal agreements. This will include compilation of the Employers Requirements (ERs), legal conveyance plans, sectional completion plans, cashflow forecasts etc.

Design & Planning

* Identify, appoint and coordinate external consultants, in conjunction with the Planning & Pre-construction Departments, in order to achieve a successful planning permission.

* Compile and agree the detailed project stage (RIBA 0-2) programme with the planning and pre-construction teams and the external consultant team.

* Lead the external design team, working closely with the Planning Manager, to develop the scheme design and coordinate input from internal project team members as required.

* Liaise with in-house pre-construction (technical, cost, programme) and planning disciplines to ensure a robust, viable and deliverable planning application.

* Undertake detailed and accurate financial appraisals in conjunction with the Investment Team to review and monitor financial viability throughout the project.

Post-Planning Construction

* Ensure a comprehensive handover is provided to the Operations Team once planning is submitted.

* Be the main point of contact for clients with overall day-to-day responsibility for the project.

* Coordinate the monthly progress reports with the internal operations team and lead the Monthly Client Progress Meetings.

* Ongoing review of legal, planning, CIL and s106 obligations to ensure all requirements are met within the required timeframe.

* Ensure at the time of appointment, that the Consultant and sub-contractor warranties and professional indemnity insurance meet the requirements set out in the overall Agreement and / or Construction Contract with each client.

We are keen to hear from Development professionals with the following:

* A minimum of three years in a Development Management role.

* Previous experience with legal negotiations, contract administration, financial planning and analysis.

* Experience with working with clients (or working Client-side) and JV partnerships.

* Successful track record in managing high-rise residential developments in London through the critical elements of the development cycle.

What is the job?

Job Description: Supervising Social Worker
We are a small Independent Fostering Agency based in Waltham Abbey, Essex, looking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious and resourceful Supervising Social Worker.
Who are we:
Aim High Fostering Services was founded in 2016 by three Directors who are experienced foster carers. The Directors also have experience of management and practice within Local Authority Children’s Social Work. We are dedicated in providing high-quality services and support to our looked-after children, carers and staff. Aim High has a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.
Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:
* A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
* A valid HCPC registration
* Willing to undergo appropriate child protection screening, including employment references and DBS check.
* Experience of working within a Fostering Team is preferable
* Flexible approach to working
* Full UK driving license and access to a car
* Commitment to working flexible hours
Benefits for you as the Supervising Social Worker:
* Salary £31,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
* Hours per week: 37 Hours a week
* 28 Days Annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays
* Mileage paid per month @.45p per mile

Primary responsibilities of Supervising Social Worker:
* Supervise and support a caseload of 10-12 fostering families and their placements
* Completing all necessary recording and reporting documentation;
* Direct work with children and young people to support better outcomes and stable placements;
* Attend meetings and liaise with professionals to ensure positive outcomes and safeguarding of children in placements;
* Assist in undertaking initial visits, as required;
* Actively promote, develop and deliver training programmes which support the development of our foster carers;
* Promote the agency externally ensuring that the agency’s policies to offer a professional, high-quality fostering service;
* Working in an out of hours rota;
* Report to the Registered Manager

Job Description: We have a number of vacancies for Enforcement Officer Bailiff positions. Uncapped Commission with achievable earnings of £35k-£60k in a self-employed role. NO PREVIOUS bailiff experience needed.

No previous experience needed – FULLY PAID TRAINING GIVEN. You are paid during the training period and would then be engaged as a self-employed supplier alongside the largest judicial company of their kind in the UK.
