Job Purpose

To provide support for the management of all financial aspects relating to street works offences, end to end within the team. To ensure payments are made in a timely manner, and that all elements of recovery are maintained following payment.

Job Accountabilities
* Document and store the various documents received (i.e. invoices, reminders, diversion requests etc.) into the street works team, using a variety of systems accurately and in line with processes and policies in place.
* Process invoices upon receipt, and book those invoice details in against the charges claimed within the system.
* Ensure compliance to the standards in place regarding data input and the requirements in place regarding street works.
* Compile and issue schedules of data to our third parties to agree and finalize costs to be recovered to maintain street works accounts.
* Support in reviewing daily payment queries relating to street works, working closely with the cost lead and other elements of the wider team where required.
* Assist the street works cost lead in the production of reports and supplementary information relating to all financial elements within street works as and when required
* To ensure monitoring and control of the street works accounts, and activities required to complete all financial r equirements relating to street works charges and our partners.

Role Outline

Process Safety Consultant with knowledge of applying risk management tools and techniques. Able to demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge in the area of Process Safety and able to communicate this knowledge to clients when carrying out risk assessments.

Accountabilities

Is able to present at events and has excellent communication skills, delivers SLS training courses as a practitioner
Demonstrates excellent customer focus and takes ownership of assigned work
Comfortable with working in a clients organization as the only person present from our client
Is able to travel as required in the role, both in the UK and overseas if ever required
Methodical & good grasp of software tools

Likely to have (or the ability to achieve) a level of Contract Management responsibilities and hence be accountable for contract performance (WIP, margin etc.)
Able to make contacts at a technical level in in client organisations and develop practicable solutions to client problems.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our customers to identify employment opportunities and support them into employment.
You will manage a caseload of customers, and using a variety of coaching strategies help them overcome their barriers to obtaining sustainable employment.

The Employer Services Manager is responsible for:

Generating job vacancies that translate into paid outcomes though targeted engagement of large regional and local employers as well as employer networks across all key sectors.

Developing key account relationships and bespoke Service Level Agreements that will lead to repeat business for Seetec Pluss’ North West employability programmes and enable contractual job outcome targets to be achieved.

Selling Seetec Pluss’ innovative recruitment solutions to ensure that employers can enjoy the benefits of a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement

* Work with local staff to prepare an employer engagement strategy that identifies existing and new business opportunities using robust employer data to target prospective regional and local employers.

* Take responsibility for generating business leads with potential employers through a range of approaches including telephone contact, face-to-face meetings and delivering presentations.

* Set up online campaigns working with Pluss’ marketing & communications team using multiple channels, including social media

* Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that business outcomes are maximised through access to wider employment networks.

Account management

* Increase the number of employers who choose to work with Pluss to recruit their workforce by building positive relationships underpinned by a high quality responsive service which exceeds expectations.

* Look to establish SLAs to manage key employer relationships.

* Maximise the impact of repeat business, above the current levels being achieved, through existing and new employer accounts.

* Keep up-to-date on changes and developments within the local labour market, providing senior management and operational teams with relevant intelligence on trends and demands.

Opportunity generation

* Implement processes and undertake events, such as pre-selection screening, short-listing and job fairs to ensure the quality of candidates meets employers’ expectations.

* Ensure information on vacancies is communicated promptly to the Pluss’ operations teams.

* Work closely with operations teams to ensure that employers have access to the most appropriate individuals for their business.

* Provide the operations teams with sufficient information to inform decision making on matching programme participants with employers.

* Provide briefing sessions to programme participants on employers and their vacancies.

Quality

* Maintain an employer contact database and keep accurate employer records.

* Ensure all recruitment services are delivered to agreed Key Performance Indicators and targets.

* Undertake regular reporting on the job vacancies secured and outcomes achieved in response.

Skills and Experience

* Ability to build professional relationships effectively.

* Business to business sales, marketing, networking.

* Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Working in a performance target driven environment e.g. recruitment consultant, sales representatives.

* Understanding of the requirement for accurate completion of paperwork and contract compliance.

* A track record of driving positive change and the ability to work under own initiative and think outside the box.

* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at grade ‘C’ or above or equivalent qualification or experience.
