This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior IT security professional, with experience of developing, implementing & deploying IT security strategies for national critical infrastructure projects, to join a major technology transformation project.

Leading a team of 5 security and business continuity professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring the NRTS (National Road Telecommunication Services) project adheres to appropriate quality, compliance and business standards regarding security and business continuity. You will ensure appropriate processes are in place to manage operational risk effectively and will be responsible for ensuring the security of the NRTS systems. You will also support transformation including designing and testing the 'gates' for security requirements.

Other responsibilities will include:

Development and maintenance of Certification for Contract ISMS to ISO27001:2013
Governing regular ISO27001:2013 due diligence gap analyses
Development and maintenance of Top 20 Critical Security Controls review
Governing regular Top 20 Critical Security Controls due diligence gap analyses
Provide assurance of the operation of security and business continuity controls
Assist the Information Assurance role in the testing of the business continuity plan
Provide advice on security specific requirements for the contract
Deliver training and instruction on security and business continuity where required
Make recommendations based on latest government policy and industry thinking
Change advisory board member and senior approver
Governing and ensuring risk treatment plans are continuously maintained
Final approval for updated Contract policies and procedures
Governance and approver for security architecture design for systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements
Creating an appropriate code of connection process for all 3rd party (supply chain) partners
Assist Information Assurance in maintaining and delivering the appropriate ISO27001:2013 audit schedule
Lead for annual, formal ISO Audit and Certification within the Contract
Lead for ISMS Bi-Annual Audit of the Contract

Skill, experience and qualifications required:

Experience of developing, implementing and deploying IT security strategies to operational teams within critical national infrastructure or similar environments (e.g. utilities or banking)
Technical understanding of security architecture design
Ability to build effective relationships with customers
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, preferably experience liaising with government departments and agencies
Direct experience of carrying out vulnerability assessments
Strong working knowledge of security and business continuity legislation and standards such as ISO22301:2012 and BCIGPG2013
Secure ICT lifecycle management, deployment and implementation experience
Programme and project management experience
Understanding HMG process and policies and the cultural aspects of delivery
Preferably CISSP and ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor (or similar) qualified

You will be responsible for undertaking all technical CCTV integration aspects of projects. This will include producing design packages, ensuring all works are carried out to the correct standard. You will ensure designs are compliant to contract technical requirements, are risk assessed and are fully integrated with other disciplines. You will produce test documentation to validate implemented designs and provide technical support to implementation teams. You will also produce as-built documentation and associated test results. Effectively you will be the link between the software development and project delivery teams. You will have the ability to understand software design and how the system will work in practice on site.

Skill, experience and qualifications required:

CCTV technology experience including Verint CCTV cameras, HTP NIP systems and data management (asset databases)
Experience writing integration control documents (ICDs) or integration specifications
Strong experience in system design, integration and testing in one or more of the following technologies: IP CCTV including VMS integration with inhouse produced software and ONVIF cameras, Data networks including SolarWinds & TeMip IP, VMware &/or network management including data management and assets using Solarwinds & TeMip
Fault finding experience (i.e. determining what elements are not meeting the interface specifications) and problem fixing
Keen problem solver
Strong documentation skills
Good communicator
Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferably (but not essential) a degree or HNC in an engineering related subject

Preparation and configuration of systems for FAT testing
Conducting witnessed FAT and site testing

Description

Telent are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for our newly established PMO function within telent's NRTS programme. The Project Coordinator will work alongside the PMO Analyst to coordinate and track actions and plans for their areas of the programme or allocated projects. You will Organise and maintain the storage and retrieval of all documents, data and artefacts related to areas of the projects whilst maintaining a user-friendly filling system for the recording and retrieval of all documents, data and artefacts and support the Transformation programme and project teams as required with the generation of periodic reports.
The Project Coordinator will also coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to manage the actions and plans, collating and circulating meeting documents in advance of meetings, setting up the Visual Management Boards and taking minutes you will have exposure to all business teams (i.e., Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, and Health & Safety) and external suppliers, to enable the efficient management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience tracking actions and plans
* Experience of creating reports, typing correspondence and taking minutes within a business environment.
* Excellent project administration and documentation skills
* Extremely organised, efficient with good attention to detail
* Experience of working in a delivery environment, working with multiple stakeholder groups including project managers, security teams etc.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation

Due to ongoing growth with our existing client base and new work coming on line we are now looking to recruit experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Operatives to cover sites around the Warwick location.

The role is offered initially on a seasonal basis working from home location and local depots. Duties will include working as part a 2/3 person team to deliver services to large nationally known clients including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification. The role also includes requirement to log in and out of customer and head office systems using tablets – past experience of using iPads to do this is preferred.

Paramount importance is placed of working safely at all times in accordance with Company and Customers safe systems of work and quality processes

Candidates should have:

* Current or recent experience in leading a small team and supervising grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening or outdoor work.

* Full and valid UK driving licence advantageous.

* Qualified to tow trailers advantageous

* PA1/PA6 would be ideal – but consideration will be given to providing this.

Role Profile

The RAN Build Manager will be required to instruct and interpret RAN Build Requirements across the programs for all MNO's. This role will cover many QS disciplines including Civils, Design, RAN configs. The role will involve the management of sub-contractors to ensure we meet the customer's needs. Working closely with the back office, delivery PM and project engineer.

Responsibilities

Deliver/manage the build and implementation of new sites for all MNO's
Analysis of sites designs and rigging data sheets - creation of materials and services BOM
Creation of build plan programme of works
Take the lead on project Gating, Scheduling and Planning.
Risk Management
Requires Strong knowledge of RAN Build & Planning.
E2E deployment process knowledge: Acquisition, design, build integration
Site Design and configurations; Rigging Data Sheets; Hand Over pack
Travel to and meet customers to discuss site by site progress
Ensure Change/Variation control is implemented
Work with a team of Co-ordinators and back office to ensure sites are delivered on time
Deliver KPI's set by senior members and report back on progress.

Essential requirements

Experience managing site deployment within the UK Mobile Market
Good technical understanding
Excellent communication and management skills.
Strong skills in basic IT (Excel, MPP, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of Customers RAN processes & tools (ADCBuild)
Ability to make dynamic decisions to ensure programme continuity

We are currently recruiting for a mobile Facilities Manager to cover sites across Worcester, Warwick, Manchester.

Hours of Work: 08:00 to 17:00 - 1 hr lunch break - 40 hours per week

Job Purpose:

To ensure compliance with the agreement between EMCOR and the client for the delivery of Engineering Services Maintenance and Facilities Services at their site.

Principle Accountabilities:

The operational management and development of all scoped works and tasks through effective and efficient use and control of resources. The performance, initiatives and achievements emanating from these aims are to be effectively recorded and communicated to EMCOR and the clients management.

Ensure that a culture of Team Working, Task Ownership and Flexible Working is actively encouraged and implemented across the site.

Effectively communicate the operational management deliverables to all Supervisors, ensuring all issues and problems are reported and managed in a controlled and timely manner.

Evaluate data and operational performance stats on a monthly basis, ensuring a documented action plan is implemented for any out of line situations.

Close liaison with the client regarding the status of maintenance operations.

Conduct a daily meeting with Supervisors on Operational Updates (formal or informal).

To ensure the commercial viability and growth of the contract is achieved.

Champion the IMS Quality System and ensure its compliance.

Ensure a program of initiatives and achievements are maintained and kept on record.

To attend formal site meetings with the client.

Initiate the standards and review the forward planning of maintenance activities to ensure adequate manpower loading and effective use of shutdown availability.

Ensure all aspects of inventory management including the storage of adequate critical spaces.

Ensure quality performance through auditing of EMCOR staff in the performance of their tasks - workmanship, housekeeping and customer satisfaction.

Operation of emergency response procedure including escalation requirements and liaison.

Ensure a culture of safe working is developed within the EMCOR team and sub contractors.

Compliance with all aspects of Site Safety & Quality.

Ensure sub contractor visit controls and responsibilities are undertaken in accordance with specific agreements, works and frequencies, ensuring effective audits and performance reporting.

Agree to undertake Authorised Person status and associated responsibilities.

To ensure that technical staff induction and technical training including the delivery of H&S Tool Box Talks are undertaken.

Conduct staff performance appraisal of direct reports and subsequent training and development requirements.

Accident investigation, reporting and instigation of corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work including Permit to Work systems and isolation procedures.

Via agreed arrangements proactively develop and or, assist the Client in

* Critical plant replacements

* Emergency procedures planning

* Contingency planning

* Strategic review of maintenance techniques, toward-run time and condition based maintenance.

Person Specification

Proven track record of operations management in both hard & soft services FM environment

Technical background for line managing M&E engineers

Excellent IT skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationships

Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Proven experience in managing a team

Good command of the English language, both orally and verbally

Smart, presentable appearance

Personable and approachable

Clean, full driving license

BIFM is desirable

NEBOSH General Cert is desirable, IOSH Managing Safely is essential
