Working with the UK's BEST Engineering Companies; the exciting role of HGV/Trailer Technician has become available on a permanent position. The role is working Monday - Friday, Night shift (includes shift allowances) and will involve you being based in the depot workshop.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You will either have experience working on Trailers and/or the qualifications to do so. Not essential but ideally you will have a Class 1, Class 2, 7.5 Tonne driving license as well as experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles.

Introduction
The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be responsible for providing all housing management functions of the council as far as they affect tenants to achieve the councils housing objective and the priorities of the council. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will need to contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive housing service in accordance with the councils policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide advice, assistance and information to tenants and the general public by way of office interviews, home visits, telephone calls, written correspondence and e-mail, efficiently and courteously with emphasis on customer care.
· Liaise with the Housing Services Team Leader & Revenues Manager and other Officers of Rugby Borough Council, to ensure appropriate guidance and information is provided in the delivery of housing services and to identify and resolve any complaints or problems.
· Advise tenants on appropriate payment methods such as standing orders, direct debits, online payments, etc. In particularly encourage the take up of Direct Debit Mandates.
· Complete income and expenditure exercises with customers to ensure they are in receipt of all eligible benefits and are helped around their budget. Where appropriate working with partner organisations to ensure the customer has access to specialist support.

Investigate and process all housing management requests such as transfers of tenancy, mutual exchanges and succession in accordance within current legislation.
Manage and investigate complaints of anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes and take prompt and appropriate action against offenders in conjunction with other agencies such as the police and social services. Ensure accurate records are maintained, collate witness statements and ensure we are working within current legislation.

Essential Skills

Working towards full membership of the chartered institute of housing or equivalent qualification
An understanding of the welfare benefit system
Full UK Driving Licence
Minimum of 2 Years relevant experience in a housing role
Have an understanding of the current housing issues and the local and national political and social framework within which local authority housing services operate.

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the HR Service Centre Manager the People Analyst is responsible for the delivery of accurate MI analysis within required timescales, working to an agreed Internal Management information schedule. The Analyst will have an analytical mind and a 'can do' approach to providing high quality analysis. The Analyst with be confident to liaise with internal colleagues, as the role will require stakeholder involvement at each point of the reporting process.

Working closely with Finance, HR and the Reward teams the People Analyst will provide information and insight to ensure decision making is effective and fact based.

Specifically there will be a requirement to produce and format HR Management Information into clear reports and presentation formats. The role also involves system data cleansing, enhancement and improvements to system use and processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing the data and reports for HR, identifying and presenting current trends and insights for the HR Team, Board and who may require HR related information.
Work across different projects, collating, analysing and presenting a wide variety of data.
Support and coordinate governance reporting for people related data inclusive of Gender Pay and Audit.
Lead on development of HRIS reporting tools and researching/implementing new technologies.
Improve HR procedures and processes, including; review, maintenance and improvement.
Continuously seeking ways to improve meaningful data outputs/MI reporting ensuring full usage of the HR systems, making recommendations to the HR Management Team.
To train and support users where required on the use of systems and the MI reporting functions.
Support the HR teams through annual cycles in compensation, holiday entitlement, talent and performance.
Ensure data compliance across the various HR Systems in line with GDPR and audit requirements.
To Support the Diversity Inclusion Coordinator in taking forward the Diversity strategy and engagement action plan.
Manage and ensure data integrity of the data held in the various HR systems.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

The post holder must establish personal credibility. A high level of interpersonal skills is required for dealing knowledgeably and helpfully with colleagues outside of the HR Service Centre.

A proven record of accomplishment in grounds maintenance and soft landscaping
CSCS card is preferable but not a must
The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
Competent in using the appropriate power tools where required
Certificates in spraying (PA1 PA6), Horticulture and Ride-on Mowers would be an advantage but not essential
Previous experience in grounds maintenance services and the ability to operate a range of horticultural equipment including power and hand tools, push mowers, strimmers, hedge cutting equipment etc 
Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures;
Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications

My client are a celebrated design and construction consultancy working in the fields of leisure, hospitality and retail.

They are looking to add a Middle Weight Interior Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an office based role where you will work along side a team of designers working on brand roll out projects.

You will have a Degree in Interior Design, with experience working within the leisure and hospitality industry.

Experience in leisure & hospitality sectorwledge of building standards
Good spatial planning
Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD preferred)
The ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to interpret brand roll out and implementation to a structured process.
Can adapt to changing work priorities at short notice
Good at multi-tasking
Strong organisational & planning skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to take direction
Knowledge of internal fit out practice
Good knowledge of Photoshop (desirable)
Good knowledge of InDesign (desirable)
Self proud of work, with the ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of work

A 3 months+ opportunity for a Housing Tenancy Sustainment Officer has arisen with the local authorities in Rugby.

Job Purpose:

Provide all housing management functions of the Council as far as they affect tenants to achieve the Council's housing objectives and the priorities of the Council.
Contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive Housing Services in accordance with the Council's policies and procedures.
Provide a housing management service for all tenants of the Council's general needs and sheltered properties.Skills and Experience:

Experience of court processes relating to rent collection.
Experience of Rent Collection.
Experience of reviewing flexible and introductory tenancies within appropriate timescales and making decisions based on the review around the rent account, anti-social behaviour and suitability of the property.
Have an understanding of the current housing issues and the local and national political and social framework within which local authority housing services operate.
Proven track record of working in the rent collection environment and have an in-depth understanding of the legal process and the Pre-Action Protocols.Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
