Manufacturing leadership is about people, process and systems. Whether you are making a car, a ready meal or a component part, you understand that being able to operationally deliver on your sales is key to the success of any manufacturing business.

This Head of Manufacturing role has full operational responsibility for the manufacturing of the product, spanning production, planning, quality and HSE. You will understand the need to provide a consistently high quality product, motivating and engaging a diverse workforce to achieve strong levels of performance.

The role would suit an existing Manufacturing Manager or Production Manager who is looking for a step up into a 'Head of' role', although those currently operating at this level will also be considered.
