Job Description

Our client is a highly reputable Developer operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the New Homes Sales industry. The company has been present on the market for over 40 years and due to recent business expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their well established and vibrant team.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be looking after the sales process from 'meeting & greeting' all the way through to reservation. In addition, you will be generating sales leads, organizing home visits for your customers and securing reservations through off-plan selling. Our client offers a very good longevity of work in the Thatcham area and excellent career progression opportunities.
Working for a prestigious and leading industry brand a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience working in a similar role.

The successful candidate MUST have:

Role Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description: Our Thatcham based client, a rapidly growing and busy Laundry company, are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor who can confidently motivate a team of 8 through a 360' laundry process to deliver the promised service to the highest of standards.

This is a very fast paced, varied and exciting environment that is focused on hitting targets and meeting deadlines.

Previous experience within a busy laundry would be preferred but isn't essential as full training will be given.

Job Description: We are searching for an experienced personal/administration assistant to join a small and busy team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is ready for a challenge and who can work as an integral part of the team.

You will work particularly closely with the senior leadership team, providing them with wide ranging-administrative support. Your work will be varied, and your responsibilities would include: organising travel and hotels, data entry, answering the phone, responding to emails, maintaining accurate records, event and meeting organisation, taking minutes at meetings and acting in a personal assistant capacity to the leadership team.

You will bring proven experience at successfully supporting Senior Executives, a positive & can-do attitude with resilience to remain calm when under pressure and amazing attention to detail.

You will possess strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge when appropriate. You will possess highly proficient secretarial skills including MS office/Outlook /PowerPoint and Excel.

Role Responsibilities

Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, including visa’s, flights, accommodation and transfers.

Extensive diary support for the Directors including scheduling, organising and prioritising appointments.

Organising internal and external meetings including anticipating and prepping material, agendas, taking minutes and chasing actions where appropriate.

Providing PA support to the Director with business matters (including proof reading client reports).

Working alongside the marketing team to help with the organisation of events and conferences if needed

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

Develop, maintain and manage databases and filing systems.

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Collating and filing expenses.

Conducting research on behalf of the managers.

Manage contact with employees, customers and suppliers by email and telephone.

General office administration: perform tasks requested by the office team. Document filing up to date on a daily basis.

Assistance with daily Office operations as required.

Balance speed and accuracy to ensure no delay to other departments

Follow procedures to enable a "right first time" attitude

Assisting with other areas of day to day office administration

The Company
A specialist sub contract precision engineering company based in Newbury are looking for an experienced Deburrer to join their friendly team. The company supply complex high precision engineered components to a variety of industries across the UK including Motor Sport, Medical, Aerospace and Military. This is a great opportunity for the right engineer to join one of the UK’s most successful and advanced engineering companies.

Duties

* Deburr, finish and polish machined components using various hand held powered tools and finishing materials.

* Ensure components are finished to the standard expected by the customer within given deadlines.

* Liaise with the area Team Leader and Inspection Department to manage workload and customer requirements.

* Read and understand technical drawings to ensure components are in line with job requirements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a deburring position or transferable skills in a similar, hands on role.

Hours of work

Various shifts are available, however the candidate should be available to train on a standard day shift throughout the first three months within the role - 8:00am - 5:00pm monday to friday.
