Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required reduce Tyre M&R spend across rental, Contract Hire and Fleet managements contracts; manage Parts worn Tyre stock to ensure adequate availability; carry out regular fleet checks to reduce costly roadside call outs through third party tyre provider and manage New tyre stocks based on current vehicle make and model types.

Key Accountabilities:

Carry out service, inspection and repair work to company / customer's tyres to VOSA standards.
Identify and advise the supervisor of any additional work required.
Ensure the work undertaken is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with instructions.
Ensure workshop resources are used in a safe manner.
Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental guidelines.
Completion, in a detailed and appropriate manner, of all relevant paperwork.
Endeavour to reduce vehicle downtime to a minimum.
Carryout breakdown tyre maintenance / repair work.
Carry out any other relevant duties as instructed by the line manager.
Maintain adequate tyre stock to ensure availability.
Ensure equipment is maintained as per health and safety and company policies and processes. To be successful in this role you will need to be/have:

Relevant City & Guilds Tyre Qualifications (Commercial)
LGV & HGV tyre maintenance experience.
BE driving Licence ( Minimum )
A team player.
Good knowledge of all H S & E regulations.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Job Description: Customer Service Job, Permanent, Coventry

This is a large manufacturing business that operates both in the UK and nationally. Based in Coventry and easily accessible via public transport, this business is looking for talented and hardworking people to support a growing business.

Your new role
You will be working as part of the inbound customer service team, taking a variety of calls and speaking with a large number of customers. This will be a first line support role and as such you will need to be comfortable handling and resolving any customer complaints. This role also involves a lot of logging, bookings and other general admin duties where accuracy needs to be 100%. This role does work on a shift pattern, so you would need to be flexible between 8am - 8pm and does involve some weekends.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working within a call centre environment, with a proven track record of handling and resolving customer queries. This role requires working with multiple systems and screens so you would need to be able to multitask and work efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will need to be confident working towards team KPI's and targets, and able to liaise between a variety of clients, customers and engineers.

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent placement paying £21,500 per annum, working a 40 hour week. This business is located in a beautiful office within Coventry, and commutable via public transport.
