Job Description: Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled CIPD Tutor to deliver educational and informative lectures and provide second marking and IV of students assignments within a college setting backed in Lancashire.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about business and management and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business/ management/ CIPD, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
The ideal candidate will work as a member of a team to deliver co-ordinated, integrated learning programmes; ensuring learners receive a high quality learning experience and strive to maintain above average success rates in all areas. The candidate will be expected to use innovation within their teaching and assessing, utilising e-learning opportunities where appropriate.
We are looking for candidates to have the following:
*Have up to date knowledge and/or a background in Human Resources
*Hold a relevant Human Resources qualification at Level 7
*Be familiar with the Level 3 to Level 7 qualifications
*Hold a teaching qualification
*Have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners.
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and high quality delivery and assessment.
This role is a full time permanent position offering ~37 hours per week and a competitive salary.
