NET Software Developer - £40,000 - Wilmslow

Recruiting for a client of mine based in Wilmslow, they are looking for a full stack .NET developer to join their team ready to grow further and deliver projects up to enterprise level in 2020.

You will have been working as a developer for at least 1.5 years, specialising in .NET. If you have been working with .NET C# and SQL you are in the running. Experience with .NETCore would be very beneficial. If you have experience with Azure you are a highly desirable candidate!

In this role you will be involved in the full project lifecycle from analysis, development and deployment of their own applications. Working closely with peers to ensure the team responds quickly and effectively to the ever changing market requirements as well as the requirements of the clients.

This role is responsible for providing technical engineering expertise within multi-discipline delivery teams creating effective and efficient design and delivery of IT software solutions.

You will have responsibility for ensuring our solutions support business requirements and align with technology and governance standards.

Key responsibilities:

What will you actually be doing as a Trainee BDM?

Reporting to your Senior Consultant, as a Trainee BDM, at the start of your career, you have the role of assisting your manager with the candidate management side of the recruitment cycle.

With initial training with our Managing Director, regular training with a recruitment specialist, and ongoing on the job training with your senior manager, you will have a huge amount of support and guidance throughout your career in recruitment.

Key roles:
-Scoping out clients in your market
-Salary benchmarking
-Hunting top talent for your clients through CV searching and headhunting
-Creating and publishing job advertisements and reviewing ad responses
-Conversing and liaising between candidates and in time some clients
-Qualifying candidates ensuring they fit the client specification
-Managing the interview process from initial offer to post interview feedback and job offer
-Creating and dispatching regular mailshots
