The role is due to expansion of our in-house recruitment function. You will work with a team of recruitment partners, and closely with the HR and Training team in our Becket House office in Worthing. We have staff kitchens, break out areas and a good working environment. Links to local transport are reasonably good and staff have not experienced any challenged with local free parking.

The overall HR team consists of just under 20 people and we have a friendly working environment with great collaboration and fun activities planned throughout the year.

Core working hours are 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break. We do also embrace flexi time with prior approval such that you can on an ad-hoc basis amend your start or finish time.

Key Responsibilities

* Attract top talent to LRG, engage, interview and act as a LRG careers brand champion.

* Promote recruitment best practice, initiate new ways of working to improve processes and deliver an excellent recruitment service to Hiring Manager and Candidates

* Support and deliver timely and effective recruitment solutions in accordance with the group recruitment needs

* Partner with Hiring Managers to be a trusted advisor.

* Develop, manage and maintain talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment, through proactive searching, Linked In, ATS and driving the Careers Branding Internally and Externally through Industry networking.

* Support Careers Events and Early Careers by representing LRG group in schools, colleges and experienced hire recruitment fairs.

* Effectively utilise the recruitment applicant tracking system

* Strive for best in class recruitment experience

* Work cohesively and cooperatively with the entire HR team to ensure a professional and smooth service is provided

* Ensure that recruitment policies and GDPR has been adhered to, from the ‘Authority to Recruit’ process through to offer and on-boarding

To Programme, set and produce quality products from the CNC Citizen sliding head machines.

*Training can be provided on the Citizen machines if needed as long as you have Programming and/or Setting experience on CNC Sliding Head machines

Principal Responsibilities:

* Programming and/or Setting CNC Sliding Head machines (Citizen)

* Machining to tight tolerances

* Working with a variety of materials producing components and sub-assemblies

* Carrying out assigned production cycles to quality standards

* Measuring and checking first offs

* Setting and dismantling of new production cycles

* Reporting potential non-conformance of components

* Reporting faults on machinery

Duties:

* Working under the direction of the Cell Leader or Operations Manager for production cycles and in accordance with controlling documentation available

* Interpretation of drawings and controlling documentation and use of appropriate calibrated measuring equipment and tools to ensure compliance of components

* Programming / Setting and dismantling of machines for new production cycle, identifying the correct tooling to meet the drawing and specification

* Identify and report any non-conformance of machined components and rework non-conforming products as instructed

* Ensure that finished components are immediately notified to the Cell Leader so that they can be passed to the next phase of production/finished stock

* Ensure good housekeeping by maintaining personal work station and machinery in a clean and tidy condition and report faults in machinery, or any other aspect of production concerning health and safety, to the Cell Leader or Operations Manager

Knowledge & Experience:

* Must have experience in Programming and/or Setting CNC Sliding Head machines

* Ideally have Citizen experience but training can be provided on these machines if needed

* Good foundation of engineering knowledge

* Read and understand engineering drawings

Hours of Work:

* 40hrs per week

* Days or Lates

* Days 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday

* Lates 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday

Role & Responsibilities

- You will likely work across all RIBA stages

- Following this you will work on a variety of higher education, commercial and residential projects based in the UK

- Use Revit and AutoCAD to a high standard

Required Skills & Experience

- A minimum of 1 year's post Part II qualification experience within the UK

- Excellent Revit skills are essential for this position

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the execution of statutory and regulatory audits
* Liaising with the organisation's clients

* Supporting new clients and existing clients
* Calculating corporate tax
* Client meetings
The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Recent experience within audits and accounts ideally within a practice
* ACCA or ACA qualified
* IT literate
* Excellent client business relationship skills
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure

We urgently require a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a learner in one of our Secondary Schools based on the outskirts of Worthing.

The school is based on beautiful grounds and boasts a fabulously well-resourced department for SEN. As an SEN TA, you will play a fundamental part in the development of a young learner's development. The successful candidate will be able to show empathy, compassion and resilience.
