We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Practitioner to join a reputable and established business based in Wrexham. The successful candidate will have responsibility for financial matter including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliation, payroll and assisting month end processes.
The Role
* Weekly Payroll – Produce and process weekly timesheets in accordance to company policy
* Responsibility for reconciliation and control of payroll, including self billing accounts and recharge of expenses
* Daily Bank reconciliation including daily banking and monthly petty cash reconciliation
* Sales and Purchase ledger – Entering invoices onto Sage accurately coded and prepare monthly end payment run
* Data collection and input into Excel documents for analysis
* Maintain links between all departments within the company
* Deal effectively with supplier, customer and departmental queries via the telephone or email
* Various administrative duties as required

* Ability to multi task and prioritise work
* Conscientious and good interpersonal skills
* Motivated and have to ability to seek out job and develop skill

The Role

The appointed candidate will be primarily responsible for the management of raw and packaging materials on site, monitoring stock levels and working with inbound logistics.

The successfully appointed Materials Planner will have the following skills and abilities:

* A track record of experience as a materials planner dealing with raw and packaging materials would be useful

* Manufacturing background would be useful

* Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential

In this fantastic new role due to expansion, you will be involved in supporting and developing new time of flight ICP-MS applications as well as demonstrating and training customers on TOF-ICP-MS instrumentation. The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a fast-paced team who will have primary responsibility for the maintenance of electrical equipment and control systems.

* Recommend, establish and implement effective preventative maintenance procedures for capital equipment

* Effectively support all the business initiatives which will move the business forward towards aEorld class manufacturing one. Initiatives would include ThinkSAFE, find it fix it, 5s, kaizen

* Plan, schedule and undertake routine maintenance work as required and instructed

* To support Production teams by responding quickly to reports of equipment breakdown or failure and ensuring all repairs are undertaken effectively and with minimal disruption to normal production

* Gain a comprehensive understanding of specialist equipment in order to provide full fault diagnosis, support and repair

* To undertake critical spares analyses for key items of production equipment and to ensure that adequate stocks of spare components are maintained

* Would be expected to work out of normal production hours as and when necessary in order to minimise disruption to production.

Candidate

* Educated to at least GCSE grade C standard or equivalent.

* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

* City & Guilds and 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.

* Formal qualification in electrical engineering would be preferred but significant relevant experience will also be considered

* Proven experience of electrical repair of production equipment is essential

* Basic welding experience is desirable
