The team:

You will be joining our small but friendly and ambitious L&D team who are part of the wider HR team.

You will be working at our bright and modern Head office on the Chichester Food Park as part of a 2-person team.

A day in the life of a Learning and Development Administrator:

Publicising training events via internal comms channels and acting as the point of contact for all delegates, trainers and suppliers. This will involve managing multiple inbox enquiries, telephone and ad hoc face to face queries to solve problems and troubleshoot system issues
Taking on 'Digital' L&D administrator duties such as administering learning platforms and creating and posting digital content using Adobe Captivate as well as owning and maintaining the digital learning catalogue's and guides.
Liaising with L&D team and external providers regarding operational requirements. Researching, co-ordinating and administering courses. At times this might even involve training delivery
Administering the Cornerstone training database and other systems, ensuring data is entered accurately and certification produced and distributed.
Chasing course attendance, and work completion maintaining and updating system records and providing monthly reports and other statistical information as required
Processing purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and deal with associated queries
Researching of content and content providers, apprenticeship and apprenticeship providers and making recommendations
Carrying out any specific tasks and project work designated by the L&D SpecialistHours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday - 1 hour for lunch.

Due to the nature of the role, occasional flexibility around hours is essential, and occasional travel and overnight stays for conferences and training may also be required (no more than 3 times per year)

This is a permanent role.

About you:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise work to tight deadlines
Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
Experience in using Adobe Captivate

Manpower is seeking retail experts to become Apprenticeship End Point Assessors for Tesco Retail Apprenticeship programme. As part of the Apprenticeship Standard, all apprentices must be evaluated at the end of their programme by an independent assessor.

You will be responsible for

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the managing, inspiring and developing a team of colleagues into senior pharmacists of the future whilst delivering a great service for our customers. You will also be responsible for: 

•Ensuring customers are at the heart of everything we do, making sure our medicines are available, providing patient services, dispensing, and giving healthcare advice. 
•Supporting the manager to lead, motivate and develop your colleagues.
•Keeping the business and the customer safe and legal.
•Supporting the manager in building working relationships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries and ensuring payment claims are accurate for anything covered by the NHS.
Working as part of a team of Pharmacists, your work will provide you with numerous opportunities for continued professional development, peer review and reflective learning. You'll also develop your management and leadership skills by managing other healthcare professionals. 

You will need

Supporting the management of one of our modern Pharmacies, you'll apply your pharmacy and customer focus, and passion for patient care through services, to motivate your team to be the best they can be.

You will need: 

•A pharmacy degree
•Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
•MUR accreditation
•Hepatitis B immunisation (or be prepared to be immunised after starting)
•Pharmacists working for Tesco will have to complete a DBS check (organised by Tesco) prior to commencement of employment.

We are looking for a highly ambitious and driven Facilities and Utilities Engineering Manager for our site at Bridgwater.

The facilities and utilities Engineering Manager manages the designated engineering team to deliver a cost effective engineering function to support the overall achievement of operational goals and targets of the budget and Bridgwater site.

You will support the delivery of projects on the agreed reduction in energy consumption as well as suggesting and implementing alternative measures for the waste reduction across the site.

The Utilities and Facilities Engineering Manager ensure the sites compliance to all company, legislative and statutory requirements and is the Electrical Duty holder, maintaining and controlling the electrical standards reflective of the Electricity at Work Act 1989.

About You

You will have an extensive Electrical Engineering background with experience of production equipment and thorough understanding of electrical duties in regards to Waste and energy consumption.

You will have good, proven leadership skills and the ability to drive new ideas and initiatives within a fast paced, production environment.
