You will work flexible morning and afternoon shifts to support adults who are in vulnerable situations with their children. Supporting with daily routines, nappy changing and bottle feeds are some of your main responsibilities along with the safeguarding and welfare of both parent and child. Due to the high levels of observation and reporting you will need excellent written and verbal communication, you are required to have had previous experience supporting adults and children. The Client

Our well-established client is a leading global integrator of communications and security solutions for businesses, industries and governments. They offer a wide range of installation, maintenance and commissioning solutions which are suitable for both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous environments. The company are looking for a Lead 2391 Electrician / Supervisor to work on within a CNI (Critical National Infrastructure) projects across the UK.

The Role

The roles and requirements are varied, and the jobholder will be responsible for leading teams with the installation and testing of all electrical services that the company supply across all sites. The candidate will be a strong team leader and ideally have a number of the following certification and qualifications:

* 17th/18th Edition (or relevant certification) - Essential

* City and Guilds - 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations - Essential

* BESC Access, Movement and Egress-Substations (Not essential)

* SHEA Utility (Power) (Not essential)

* Ideally have experience working on industrial / infrastructure projects such as Rail, Power Stations, National Grid, Oil & Gas or similar

The company are willing to help put candidates through the relevant training and development course for any tickets/qualifications you don’t currently have.

A vacancy has arisen for a Tyre Fitter based in the Central Midlands Depot. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required reduce Tyre M&R spend across rental, Contract Hire and Fleet managements contracts; manage Parts worn Tyre stock to ensure adequate availability; carry out regular fleet checks to reduce costly roadside call outs through third party tyre provider and manage New tyre stocks based on current vehicle make and model types.

Key Accountabilities:

Carry out service, inspection and repair work to company / customer's tyres to VOSA standards.
Identify and advise the supervisor of any additional work required.
Ensure the work undertaken is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with instructions.
Ensure workshop resources are used in a safe manner.
Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental guidelines.
Completion, in a detailed and appropriate manner, of all relevant paperwork.
Endeavour to reduce vehicle downtime to a minimum.
Carryout breakdown tyre maintenance / repair work.
Carry out any other relevant duties as instructed by the line manager.
Maintain adequate tyre stock to ensure availability.
Ensure equipment is maintained as per health and safety and company policies and processes. To be successful in this role you will need to be/have:

Relevant City & Guilds Tyre Qualifications (Commercial)
LGV & HGV tyre maintenance experience.
BE driving Licence ( Minimum )
A team player.
Good knowledge of all H S & E regulations.
Flexible to meet the volumes of work that may arise.
Good communication and organisational skills.
